This is a lovely cosplay... but she's not cosplaying as Catwoman. She seems to be portraying Sydney Savage of the Danger Girl comics. She's wearing Sydney's variation of the Vanessa Kensington catsuit, she's carrying Sydney's whip and perhaps the big giveaway are the two Danger Girl figures she's holding.

The lack of claws and mask kind of emphasize that she's Sydney... not Selina.

Thank you for the information. I don't know about any of this stuff, so I just assumed it was a Catwoman without a mask. I was wondering what significance the toys had. I will correct the title and information. Thanks again.
